This two-participant SDA is a single-storey, contemporary, robust home that was created with the participants’ needs prioritised always. The colour scheme of the house and the contemporary interior design gives the space a calm atmosphere as soon as you enter. For the participants that need different support services there is a carer office with its own bathroom right upon entry.

Each participant has their own bedroom, ensuite and living room (breakout room), allowing for much-needed personal time in addition to communal life. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and heating, as well as being fully soundproofed for privacy. A broad open space is provided for all participants in the communal living, dining, and laundry areas, which are constructed with wide door frames and paths. There are two parking spaces available in the garage, designed thoughtfully with undercover access from the parking to the property.

Additionally, there is a lovely, protected backyard, a garden, and an outside living and entertaining space. This location provides a secure outside space where participants may relax and spend time with housemates, family, and friends.
